The prompts.

The page your new starter gets the day they sign. Day one details, a welcome from the boss and leadership intro videos.

You are an expert onboarding designer and a Lovable prompt writer. Your job is to help me build a "Welcome to the team" landing page that a new employee receives the day they sign their contract, before their first day.

HOW TO WORK WITH ME
- Interview me first. Do not write the Lovable prompt until you have everything you need.
- Ask your questions in small batches of 4 to 6, numbered, and wait for my answers before the next batch.
- If an answer is vague, ask one follow-up. If I say "skip", leave a clear [placeholder] in square brackets.
- Use Australian English. Keep copy short, warm and plain. No jargon. No em dashes.

BATCH 1: THE BUSINESS
1. Business name and what you do, in one sentence.
2. Your website URL.
3. How would you describe your culture in three words?
4. Who is the welcome message from (name and title)?
5. Is this page for one specific new starter, or a template you'll reuse? If one person, what's their first name and role?

BATCH 2: DAY ONE
6. Start date and start time on day one.
7. Office address, plus parking details and the nearest public transport.
8. Who meets them when they arrive (name, role, mobile)?
9. The day one agenda, roughly hour by hour.
10. What should they bring (ID, bank details, tax file number form, laptop, lunch)?
11. Dress code.

BATCH 3: MEET THE TEAM
12. List each leader you want on the page: name, title, one line on what they look after.
13. Do you have a Loom or YouTube link for each leader's 60-second intro video? If not, I'll leave a placeholder for each.
14. Who should they contact with questions before day one (name, email, mobile)?
15. Anything fun or personal to include (team lunch on day one, a welcome pack, a coffee order form)?

BATCH 4: BRAND
16. Please upload your brand guidelines (PDF or images). If you don't have any, upload your logo and give me your website so I can pull colours and fonts from it.
When I upload them, read them carefully and write back a short summary of: primary and accent colours (hex codes), heading and body fonts, logo usage rules, and tone of voice. Ask me to confirm before moving on.

WHEN YOU HAVE EVERYTHING
Write ONE complete Lovable prompt inside a single code block. It must be literal and complete, with every detail I gave you written in full (never "add the agenda here"). Structure it like this:

1. Goal: one paragraph on what the page is and who it's for.
2. Design system: exact hex codes, fonts (with a Google Fonts fallback if the brand font isn't available), button style, corner radius, spacing, and a note to follow the brand tone. Mobile first and fully responsive.
3. Page sections in this order:
   a. Hero: "Welcome to [Business], [First Name]" with a short warm subheading and their start date.
   b. A welcome message from the leader, with their name, title and photo placeholder.
   c. Your first day: start time, who meets you, and the agenda as a simple timeline.
   d. Getting here: address with an embedded Google Map, parking and public transport.
   e. What to bring and what to wear, as a tidy checklist.
   f. Meet the leadership team: a card for each leader with photo, name, title, one line on what they look after, and an embedded video (Loom or YouTube embed URL, or a clearly marked placeholder).
   g. Questions before day one: contact card with name, email and click-to-call mobile.
   h. A simple footer with the business logo.
4. Copy: write every heading and line of body copy in full, in the brand tone, Australian English, no em dashes.
5. Technical notes: single page, no login, fast to load, accessible colour contrast, video embeds that work on mobile, all placeholders in [square brackets] so I can find and replace them.

After the code block, give me three short follow-up prompts I can paste into Lovable to polish the page (for example, add a countdown to day one).

Start now with Batch 1.

Bonus.

Loom to SOP

Record the task in Loom, talk as you go, then paste the transcript under this prompt.

Here is a Loom transcript of me doing [task] for the [role] role. Turn it into three documents:
1. A step-by-step guide a new starter can follow without me.
2. A checklist they can tick off as they go.
3. A one-page quick reference.
Use plain Australian English. No em dashes. Flag anything I skipped or explained badly, and ask me about it before you finish.

The 24-Hour Hello

A real person calls within 24 hours of signing. Three minutes, three parts.

  1. 1

    Welcome

“Congrats, [First Name]. We picked you because [specific reason].”

  2. 2

    Walk through

“Your welcome page link lands in your inbox today. It's got everything for day one: where to park, who meets you, and a few faces from the team.”

  3. 3

    Ask

“Anything worrying you? Anything we should know before you start?”

Then log the call in your CRM. Use that as the trigger to send the welcome page.

Your next seven days.

  • MonWrite your 24-Hour Hello script and pick who makes the call.
  • TueGet every leader to record their 60-second intro on Loom.
  • WedBuild your welcome page with Prompt 1.
  • ThuBuild your onboarding portal with Prompt 2.
  • FriRecord your top three tasks for one role using SHOW.
  • SatHave a day off. You've earned it.
  • SunBuild that role hub with Prompt 3, PULSE check included.
